Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, changes, refunds, and booking adjustments are handled for Car Lift Services.

1. Booking Changes

Customers should inform us as early as possible if they need to change pickup time, drop-off location, route, or ride type. Changes are subject to availability.

2. Cancellation Before Confirmation

If a booking is not yet confirmed, customers can cancel without any charge.

3. Cancellation After Confirmation

If a booking is already confirmed, cancellation terms may depend on ride type, timing, driver allocation, and whether the vehicle has already been arranged.

4. Same-Day Cancellations

Same-day cancellations may not be refundable if the driver or vehicle has already been assigned or the ride time is close.

5. No-Show Policy

If a passenger does not arrive at the confirmed pickup point and does not respond within a reasonable time, the booking may be considered a no-show and may not be refundable.

6. Monthly Package Refunds

Monthly package refunds or adjustments depend on the agreed package terms, used days, route arrangement, and driver availability. Any refund or adjustment must be discussed directly with our team.

7. Service Issues

If there is a service issue from our side, such as confirmed ride unavailability, major scheduling problem, or driver cancellation, we may offer rescheduling, adjustment, or refund depending on the case.

8. Refund Method

If a refund is approved, the refund method and timing will be confirmed directly with the customer.
